Salus & Sol is a 6-day women's wellness retreat on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica — designed for women who want to take real time for themselves.

Move your body. Nourish it. Get a massage. Sit by the pool with a drink in hand. Explore a new place. Breathe a little deeper. Eat incredible food without thinking about it. This week is about movement, nourishment, pampering, and focusing entirely on you.

This is for you if you've been putting everyone else first. If your calendar is full and your tank is empty. If you just need a week where the only thing on your agenda is yourself.

You will leave renewed. Salus means health, wholeness, and safety in Latin. Sol means sun. Together, that's exactly what this week is.

Deposit: $500 non-refundable deposit due now to secure your spot. Balance due by September 16, 2026.

Cancellation before September 16, 2026: Deposit is non-refundable. All other payments refunded in full within 14 business days.

Cancellation on or after September 16, 2026: No refunds issued for any reason, including illness, emergency, or change of plans. All payments are fully non-refundable.

Spot transfer: You may transfer your spot to another guest at any time up to 14 days before arrival. Deposit transfers with your spot.

Travel insurance: KC Prime Strength strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation coverage. Recommended providers: Travelex, Seven Corners, Trawick International, Allianz. Compare at squaremouth.com.

Liability: You are voluntarily participating in physical activities including resistance training, yoga, hiking, snorkeling, and breathwork. KC Prime Strength is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation.

Photography: Photos and video taken during the retreat may be used for marketing purposes. Notify us at registration if you prefer not to appear in content.
